Ten Pounds Golden Light Liquid Malt Extract
One Pound Crystal 60L
One and a Half Pound Crystal 80L
Half Pound Lactose Sugar
Five and a Half Pounds Roasted PUMPKIN
Half Ounce Northern Brewer Hops for Sixty Minutes
One Ounce US Goldings Hops for Twenty Five Minutes
One Teaspoon Cinnamon
One Vanilla Bean
Three Fourths Teaspoon Nutmeg
Half Teaspoon Cloves
Half Teaspoon Ginger
Fourth Teaspoon Star Anise
Northwest Ale Yeast
We will be re-creating Chesterfield in lantern form, shining light to his soul and asking for the gift of tastiness and mirth before slowing roasting his head, converting him to sugars and adding him to our brew.
Also, this brewing session will bring rise to our newest: Big Time brewer, new Resident Artist (see above painting!!) and general Extreme Beer Enthusiast, to the ‘Hello, My Name is Beer’ team… Cameron Post! You’ve seen him before, you’ve tasted his beers (Bloodline and Janey), and now let’s see if he’s got the chops to make it Big Time!
